Pork Chops with Roasted Cauliflower and Parmesan Herb Butter[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 pork chops
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or parsley), chopped
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Toss the cauliflower florets in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the cauliflower is roasting, season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the pork chops for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped herbs. Mix until well combined.
- Once the pork chops are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. Spread the Parmesan herb butter over the pork chops while they are still hot.
- Serve the pork chops with the roasted cauliflower on the side.
