  1. Season the pork cutlets with salt and pepper, then dredge them in the almond flour.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork cutlets and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Return the pork to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes, until the pork is cooked through and the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley before serving.
