Power of Attorney (POA)
Power of Attorney (POA) is a legal document which lets you choose someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf.

For example, with a POA you can authorize another individual to make decisions about yourself. medical care if you are unable to make them yourself.
Healthcare power of attorney[edit | edit source]
When the power of attorney is about health or well being of a person, who is unable to make those decisions, then it is called a Health Care Power of Attorney.
