Prosciutto wrapped salmon skewers is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. It is easy to prepare and packed with nutrients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 pieces of salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Wrap each salmon cube with a slice of prosciutto.
- Thread the prosciutto-wrapped salmon onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Brush each skewer with olive oil.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Serve immediately.
