This is a simple and delicious recipe for Quick and Easy Capicola Egg Cups. It's a perfect breakfast or brunch dish for those following a keto diet.

  • 12 slices of capicola
  • 12 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  2. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin and line each cup with a slice of capicola.
  3. Crack an egg into each capicola-lined cup.
