Ingredients

• 2 cans of tuna in water, drained
• 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
• 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup of celery, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
2. Add the spiralized zucchini to the bowl and toss to combine.
3. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
4. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
