This is a delicious and easy-to-make keto friendly recipe for Quick Green Curry Chicken with Peanuts. It's a perfect dish for those who are following a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup green curry paste
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup peanuts, crushed
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
