Roasted Pointed Cabbage with Mozzarella Cheese is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. This dish is perfect for those who are on a ketogenic diet and are looking for a tasty and nutritious meal.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 pointed cabbage
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Cut the pointed cabbage into halves lengthwise.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the cabbage halves and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the cabbage halves on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the edges are slightly charred.
- Remove the cabbage from the oven and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Return the cabbage to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
