This is a delicious and creamy keto friendly recipe for Roasted Pumpkin Chipotle Cream Sauce. It's perfect for adding a spicy kick to your favorite dishes.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Cut the pumpkin into chunks and remove the seeds. Place the chunks on a baking sheet and roast for about 30 minutes, or until the pumpkin is soft and easily pierced with a fork.
- Once the pumpkin is roasted, allow it to cool and then puree it in a blender or food processor.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, chipotle peppers, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined.
