This is a delicious and creamy keto friendly recipe for Roasted Pumpkin Chipotle Cream Sauce. It's perfect for adding a spicy kick to your favorite dishes.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cut the pumpkin into chunks and remove the seeds. Place the chunks on a baking sheet and roast for about 30 minutes, or until the pumpkin is soft and easily pierced with a fork.
  3. Once the pumpkin is roasted, allow it to cool and then puree it in a blender or food processor.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, chipotle peppers, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined.
