Saganaki Salad with Mint Dip[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 200g of Saganaki Cheese
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 bunch of Mint Leaves
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Cut the Saganaki cheese into slices and grill them until golden brown.
- Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- For the mint dip, blend the mint leaves, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine the grilled cheese and chopped vegetables in a bowl.
- Drizzle the mint dip over the salad before serving.
