A delicious and easy-to-make snack, Salami Cheese Chips are perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is not only keto-friendly but also packed with flavor and crunch.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 12 slices of salami
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay the salami slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle each slice of salami with a generous amount of shredded cheese.
- Season with black pepper and garlic powder.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow the chips to cool before serving. They will become crispier as they cool.
