Scallop Parmesan is a delicious, keto-friendly dish that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor. This recipe serves 4 people.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb of Scallops
- 1 cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup of Butter
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1/4 cup of Parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Rinse the scallops and pat them dry.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the scallops to the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the scallops to a baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
