Sesame Roasted Scallops with Wasabi Mayonnaise[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Rinse the scallops and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Toss the scallops in the sesame oil, then sprinkle them with the sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange the scallops on a baking sheet and roast them in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until they are opaque and cooked through.
  5. While the scallops are roasting, mix the mayonnaise and wasabi paste together in a small bowl.
  6. Serve the roasted scallops with the wasabi mayonnaise on the side.
