- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks and set it aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, red onion, and chopped almonds.
