A delicious and nutritious keto snack, the Spicy Almond Seed Mix is a perfect blend of crunch and spice. This recipe is easy to prepare and is packed with healthy fats and proteins.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of almonds
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the seed mix and stir until well coated.
- Sprinkle the cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt over the seed mix and stir until evenly distributed.
- Spread the seed mix out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the seeds are lightly toasted.
- Allow the seed mix to cool before serving.
