Spooky Zoodles with Tomato Sauce and Mozzarella is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. It's perfect for those who are on a low-carb diet and want to enjoy a tasty and nutritious meal.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 large zucchini (spiralized into zoodles)
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Basil leaves for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the zoodles to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.
- Add the tomato sauce to the pan and stir to combine with the zoodles.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the zoodles and sauce.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
