Stuffed mini bell peppers are a delicious and healthy keto friendly snack. They are easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cut the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, spinach, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mini bell pepper with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
