- 1 cup of sun dried tomatoes
- 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper

- 1 teaspoon of dried basil

- Start by placing the sun dried tomatoes in a jar.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and dried basil.
