Swedish Shrimp Salad with Dill (Keto Friendly)[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g of fresh shrimp
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Begin by peeling and deveining the shrimp if not already done.
- Slice the cucumber and red onion thinly.
- Chop the fresh dill finely.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Add the shrimp, cucumber, red onion, and dill to the bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are coated with the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
