  1. Begin by peeling and deveining the shrimp if not already done.
  2. Slice the cucumber and red onion thinly.
  3. Chop the fresh dill finely.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  5. Add the shrimp, cucumber, red onion, and dill to the bowl.
  6. Mix well until all ingredients are coated with the dressing.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
