Sweet and Sticky Keto Chicken Wings is a delicious, low-carb recipe that is perfect for those following a keto diet. The wings are coated in a sweet and sticky sauce that is sugar-free, making it a guilt-free indulgence.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 lbs of chicken wings
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce (gluten-free)
- 1/4 cup of erythritol (or any keto-friendly sweetener)
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the wings for 40 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a saucepan, combine the soy sauce, erythritol, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer until it thickens.
- Once the wings are done, toss them in the sauce until they are fully coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
