This is a delicious and healthy recipe for Turkey Meatballs that is perfect for those following a Keto Diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Egg
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil

- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Serve the turkey meatballs hot with your favorite keto-friendly sauce or side dish.
