Turkish Baked Shrimp with Sesame Bread (Keto Friendly)[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb of shrimp
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1 low-carb bread, sliced
- 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix well until the shrimp are evenly coated.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- While the shrimp are baking, toast the slices of low-carb bread and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
- Serve the baked shrimp with the sesame bread on the side.
