Warm Keto Kale Salad is a delicious and nutritious dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. It is packed with healthy fats, fiber, and protein, making it a great choice for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cups of kale
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of avocado
- 1/2 cup of almonds
- 1/2 cup of feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Wash the kale and spinach thoroughly and pat dry.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the kale and spinach to the pan and sauté until they start to wilt.
- While the greens are cooking, chop the avocado and almonds.
- Once the greens are wilted, remove from heat and add the avocado, almonds, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well combined and serve warm.
