A delicious and healthy keto recipe, Zoodles with Creamy Salmon Sauce is a perfect dish for those following a low-carb diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 medium zucchini (spiralized into noodles)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup salmon (cooked and flaked)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté until they become translucent.
- Add the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked salmon to the pan and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the spiralized zucchini noodles (zoodles) to the pan and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the zoodles are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
