Zucchini Nacho Chips are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional nacho chips. They are low in carbs, making them perfect for a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 large zucchini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit (105 degrees Celsius).
- Slice the zucchini into thin rounds, about 1/8-inch thick.
- Toss the zucchini slices in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until they are evenly coated.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the chips are crispy. Be sure to check on them every half hour to prevent burning.
- Let the chips cool before serving. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
