Air Mobility Command (AMC) is a major command (MAJCOM) of the United States Air Force (USAF). Its headquarters is located at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. AMC is tasked with providing air mobility support to the United States Armed Forces, including airlift, air refueling, aeromedical evacuation, and global air mobility support. This mission is crucial for the projection of military power and humanitarian aid across the globe.

Air Mobility Command was established on June 1, 1992, following the disestablishment of the Military Airlift Command (MAC), Strategic Air Command (SAC), and Tactical Air Command (TAC) as part of a major reorganization of the USAF.
