Keto Chicken Parmesan

Keto Chicken Parmesan Wings are a delightful twist on the classic chicken wings. Infused with the rich flavors of garlic and parmesan, these wings are not only keto-friendly but also incredibly flavorful and crispy.

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for added spice

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, turning halfway, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
  6. Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to the bowl with the butter and garlic mixture. Toss until all wings are coated evenly.
  7. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and toss again, ensuring an even coating on all wings.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
