Madhur Jaffrey is an Indian-born actress, food and travel writer, and television personality. She has written numerous cookbooks and has been recognized with the James Beard Award.

Tarla Dalal was a popular Indian food writer, chef, cookbook author and host of cooking shows. Her cookbooks have sold millions of copies and she was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India.

Ranveer Brar is an Indian chef, TV show host, judge and food stylist. His television shows include Breakfast Xpress, Snack Attack, Homemade, The Great Indian Rasoi, Health Bhi Taste Bhi, Eat This, Not That, Ranveer's Cafe, Food Tripping, and Thank God It's Fryday.
