- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions and Old Bay. Spread in the bottom of a 10\ round platter or pie plate.
- Spread the coktail sauce over cream chees mixture.
- Mix and flake crabmeat together with the shrimp (or use all crabmeat) and sprinkle over cocktal sauce.
- Top with the parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
- Best if chilled for about 4 hours prior to serving.
