The photo did appear subsequently online as "Henrietta Lacks in the 1940s. Credit Lacks Family, via The Henrietta Lacks Foundation" (2013/New York Times) and as "Photo courtesy the Lacks family" (2004/Baltimore City Paper). The non-free rationale of "Non-replaceable, person is dead" still applies.
