Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	This image is used on a number of sites about Roberts' work, most prominently quantifiedself.com and calorielab.com . I've asked at both but have been unable to identify the owner as of yet. I've also spoken with Roberts' sister about getting a freely licensed version, but none are immediately available.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It is a small resolution file that should be limited to his biography. Even if I find a portrait of Roberts under a free license this one is uniquely demonstrative of him on his walking desk.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	It has been freely used by websites that interviewed or discussed Roberts's diet for many years now.
