This image is considered fair use in SS Andrea Doria because it illustrates a key player in the 1956 collision between the Stockholm and the Andrea Doria. The image is not replaceable by a free image due to the historic nature of the photo (the Stockholm was soon repaired), and is of sufficiently low resolution whereby any derivative works would be of inferior quality.
