I was unable to locate an image marked as having been published prior to 1925. Because the subject passed away sixty-five years ago as of this posting, no one close to him is available to ask for personal photos.

This is a University of Connecticut-produced and published historical photo, a professional headshot of a public state university official, and at least fifty years old. No commercial interests are at stake.
