(The logo is very old, first recorded 6 January 1644 [1][2] and would not have met the threshold of originality. The seal transformed over time but the current design of books and the shield was based on Pierre la Rose (1895) design as stated here. The addition of "Harvard University" does not pass the threshold so does not constitute a derivative work.)
