Summary
An outline of one of the fundamental methods of phosphoproteomics, the purification of phosphoproteins by immunoprecipitation with anti-phosphotyrosine antibodies. Phosphoproteins are depicted in blue, with yellow phosphate groups. Anti-phosphotyrosine antibodies are pink.
