Update (2021): The company is defunct and the trademark on the product lapsed ten years ago. The copyright can not be held by Yosha! Corporation since they no longer exist, and I believe there's no heir as they were not acquired I'm pretty sure. So I suppose it's effectively no longer under copyright.
