Summary

I, Ryulong, feel that this image can be used for fair use at Tokusatsu because it is a low resolution photograph that is being used to depict the large range of figures in Japanese popular culture that are tokusatsu heroes, it is being used in a solely encyclopedic manner, there are no free alternatives to such an image, and by depicting several figures from several different series and franchises, it reduces the need for multiple fair use images.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 03:42, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
