Dr. Ruth K. M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi (also known as Civil Hospital Karachi) is a major hospital located in Karachi, Pakistan. It is named after Dr. Ruth K. M. Pfau, a German-Pakistani nun and physician who dedicated her life to eradicating leprosy in Pakistan.

The hospital was established in 1898 during the British Raj to treat victims of the bubonic plague that had hit the city. It was later renamed after Dr. Ruth K. M. Pfau in recognition of her services to the country.
