Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)
Movie screenshots are not free.
Not replaceable with textual coverage because (WP:NFCC#1)
Epileptic-seizure-inducing content cannot be shown through text alone, as simply describing epinducing content does not show us how we would feel about the content.
The scene shows a combination of flashes and hypnotizing screens that may damage the epileptic people. Also, this screenshot is kept at this resolution, because the combination of strong lights under dark environments is to be critiqued with this screenshot. This specifically happens in a cinema, where the lights are all dark besides the cinema film itself.
