Fair use for Jordan Grand Prix

This image, Jordan Grand Prix logo.png, sourced from the official Jordan website (now offline), is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (AlexJ) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a company logo;
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to use the logo in any way;
3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the logo;
4. The logo is significant because it was used by a well-known Formula One constructor, Jordan Grand Prix, and is required to identify that constructor on its Wikipedia article.
