Cherries[edit source]

I used to eat a lot of cherries. Now I limit my cherry intake. What is considered a serving size of cherries? Gloria b Ramos (talk) 21:04, 21 February 2020 (UTC)

The typical serving size is about a cup for cherries (about 21 cherries) and it gives about 90 calories and 19 total and 16 net carbs. If you are on ketogenic diet, you want to limit your net carbs to about 5 per serving and about 20-30 per day, so cherries are considered too starchy for that matter as it has about 19. However, If you do about half a dozen of cherries, you can stay under 5 net carbs.
