Clarke International University (CIU) is a private university located in Kampala, Uganda. Established in 2005, CIU offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields of study. CIU was founded by Dr. Ian Clarke, a renowned Ugandan entrepreneur and philanthropist.
