Brilliant Blue FCF
Brilliant Blue FCF (also known as E133 or Blue 1) is a synthetic organic compound primarily used as a blue colorant for processed foods, beverages, and other consumables. It is one of the nine certified color additives approved by the FDA for use in foods in the United States.
