List of Colombian Dishes is a comprehensive compilation of traditional and popular dishes originating from Colombia, a country located in South America. Colombian cuisine is a blend of indigenous, Spanish, African, and Arab influences, resulting in a diverse and flavorful gastronomic landscape.

Traditional Colombian Dishes[edit | edit source]

Postre de Natas is a traditional Colombian dessert made from milk, sugar, and cinnamon. It is often served chilled.

Obleas are thin wafers sandwiched with a layer of arequipe (dulce de leche), jam, and cheese.

Cholado is a refreshing dessert made from crushed ice, fruit, condensed milk, and topped with a cherry.
