List of cities in Utah is a comprehensive catalog of the incorporated cities in the U.S. state of Utah. Utah is divided into 29 counties, within which there are 243 incorporated municipalities consisting of cities and towns.

The Utah State Legislature has the authority to create and organize cities and towns. The largest city in Utah is Salt Lake City, which is also the state capital. The smallest city by population is Scofield, with just 24 residents as of the 2010 census.

Salt Lake City[edit | edit source]
Salt Lake City is the capital and most populous city in Utah. It is known for its historic landmarks such as the Salt Lake Temple and for hosting the 2002 Winter Olympics.
Provo[edit | edit source]
Provo is the third largest city in Utah and is home to Brigham Young University, one of the largest private higher education institutions in the U.S.
Ogden[edit | edit source]
Ogden is a city and the county seat of Weber County. It was once a major railway hub and is known for its many historic buildings.
St. George[edit | edit source]
St. George is a city in and the county seat of Washington County. It is the principal city of the St. George Metropolitan Statistical Area and is known for its natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities.
Logan[edit | edit source]
Logan is a city in Cache County. It is the county seat and the principal city of the Logan, UT-ID Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is home to Utah State University.
