The hearts of the agave, known as piñas, are then slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens for 36 hours. This process helps to develop the rich, complex flavors that Milagro Tequila is known for.

After roasting, the piñas are crushed to extract the agave juice, which is then fermented using a proprietary yeast strain. The fermentation process takes several days, allowing the natural sugars to convert into alcohol. The resulting liquid is then distilled twice in copper pot stills to achieve a smooth and refined spirit.
