Utomilumab

Utomilumab is a monoclonal antibody designed for the treatment of cancer. It targets the protein 4-1BB (also known as CD137), which is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily. 4-1BB is an activation-induced molecule, expressed on the surface of several immune cells, including T cells and natural killer (NK) cells.
