  1. Place the avocado in a bowl.
  2. Add the yogurt and stir to combine.
  3. Add hot sauce to taste.
  4. In another bowl, combine tomato, onion, cilantro and lemon juice.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spoon the avocado mixture into each Scoops! tortilla chip.
  7. Top with the tomato mixture and serve.
