These exhibitions often feature items from the museum's collections, as well as items loaned from other institutions and private collections. Past exhibitions have covered topics such as the history of surgery, the development of pharmaceuticals, and the role of women in medicine.

In addition to its exhibitions, the Kyriazis Medical Museum also offers educational programs for schools and the general public. These programs aim to increase understanding of the history of medicine and its impact on society. They include guided tours, workshops, and lectures by experts in the field.
