Adventist University of the Plata
Adventist University of the Plata (UAP, from its Spanish acronym Universidad Adventista del Plata) is a private university located in Entre Ríos, Argentina. It is affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It is part of the Seventh-day Adventist education system, which is one of the world's largest Christian educational systems.

The Adventist University of the Plata was founded in 1898, initially as a small school aimed at providing education to the children of missionaries and local Adventist families. Over the years, it has grown significantly and has expanded its academic offerings. It was officially recognized as a university by the Argentine government in 1990, allowing it to award academic degrees.
